My name is Nick Sanjines.  I am a software development engineer, father of 3, diesel truck enthusiast, and husband...not necessarily in that order.  I work in Knoxville, Tennessee for Perfecto Mobile, but this blog, its content, and opinions are my own, and do not represent my employer in any way.  This is a blog mainly about technology and code, with maybe a few hobbies mixed in.

I am most excited about cross-platform mobile automation, integrating automated tests into a current CI process, and actually, agile development as a whole, as it has been the primary catalyst to push me head first into test automation development a few years ago.  I primarily work with the Calabash/Cucumber framework, writing test cases in Gherkin and using Ruby on Rails to program custom step definitions and page support.  I also have some side projects using Selenium for web automation and the Appium framework for mobile automation, all written in Java.

As you can probably tell, I am very passionate about mobile automation.  I hope that I can provide a useful resource for anyone looking to get started, or even help solve a specific issue.  Also, I am a continual work in progress, so if you have any comments, questions, or suggestions, you are welcome to leave them here
